1. What are my log-in credentials?

Instructors should use their Employee DSI as their login and their hire date (yyyymm) as their password.

Students should use their Student DSI as their login and their date of birth (yyyymm) as their password.

2. I'm a student and can not log-in to Oracle. What should I do?

Make sure you are using your Student DSI number as the log-in ID and your date of birth in YYYYMM format as your password. If you're birth date is June 17, 1980, your password will be 198006. If you are sure you are using the correct credentials to log-in and still unsuccessful, please contact the DeVry HelpDesk. 3. I receive an error message when trying log-in stating that my account is locked. What should I do?

When your account is locked, it has to be reset. This is due to too many failed log-in attempts. Please contact the DeVry HelpDesk with your log-in information. You can send an email to helpdesk@devry.edu, fill out a Remedy ticket thru my.devry.edu or call 1-877-784-1977 for further assistance.

4. When logging in to Oracle, I'm given the option to choose a connection identifier. Which one do I use?

Unless you are provided instructions to use something different, the correct connection identifier to choose is dvoluser.
