1. What are my log-in credentials? Instructors should contact their Elementk Administrator to obtain an access key needed to create their account. Contact Stephen Hull, at shull@devry.com, to obtain an access key to create an account. Accounts are not automatically created for faculty and are done on an as requested basis. Students should use their DSI as thier log-in and their date of birth in the YYYYMM format as their password. 2. I cannot log-in to Elementk. Please make sure you are using your Student DSI number as the log-in ID (using a capital "D" in you DSI number when you log-in) and your date of birth in YYYYMM format as your password. If you're birth date is June 17, 1980, your password will be 198006. If you are sure you are using the correct credentials to log-in and still unsuccessful, please contact the DeVry HelpDesk. The following are courses supported by the Elementk environment: NETW202, NETW204, NETW206, NETW208, NETW230, NETW240. Courses are location (campus) specific. Please check to make sure you meet the system requirements for Elementk. Clicking here to view the technical requirements as well as instructions pertaining to those requirements. Technical Support Agents are available 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Technical Support accepts voice mail on Saturday and Sunday, and will return messages starting at 7 AM on the following business day. We also ask that the issue be communicated to the DeVry HelpDesk and provide us with the Elementk ticket information for tracking purposes and also to escalate the issue if needed.7. I'm being asked for a user name and password to start my lab and I can not find it. Before you start your lab, you are taken to your lab Home Page. This page looks similar to the one below. Under Content, there are areas title Home, Summary, Scenario, etc. You must read this area before starting your lab. All needed information can be found there. If you are not able to locate this information, please check your course shell for further documentation. There maybe some documents that have been provided by your instructor that contain this information. If you still have no luck finding it, contact your instructor and they will be able to assist you in locating it.![]() |
