1. DeVry Online Students and Faculty All online students with issues pertaining to their course in eCollege need to contact campusonline@devry.edu or (800)594-2402. They may also contact their Student Services Rep. Online Faculty members having issues within eCollege need to contact their Faculty Manager. Information related to this can be found in the DVU Online Faculty Resource Shell. Tickets should not be submitted or created for Online Faculty or Students in Remedy for Course Platform unless it is an iLab related issue or a campus based course/student issue. 2. I cannot log-in to devryu.net. If you are a new, campus based student and can not log-in to devryu.net, please contact the DeVry HelpDesk. If you have forgotten your password, please see #3 below. 3. I forgot my password! What should I do? If a student or faculty member has forgotten their password for eCollege, please submit a HelpDesk ticket to have the password reset. Student passwords will be reset back to their dates of birth in the YYYYMM format and faculty passwords will be reset back to your date of hire in the YYYYMM format. 4. I can log into devryu.net but my courses are not showing? Access to your courses is not immediately available once you register. Campus based students obtain access to their course(s) one week prior to the start of the term. You will only see courses for the current, upcoming term. If you enroll in courses for more than one term, you will recieve access one week prior to that start of that term. (i.e. If you are enrolled in courses for both A and B sessions, you will not have access to session B until one week prior to the start of that session.). Please click here for information on the dates when terms begin. If you have had access to courses and they have suddenly been removed from devryu.net without any notice, please contact your registrars office or student services rep immediately. There maybe an issue with your enrollments that support can not handle. Once the issue is cleared up and your enrollment records are updated, you will have access to your courses within 12 hours depending on the day and time the updates where made. 5. Campus Based Course Shell Issues All issues pertaining to campus based course shells, students or faculty can be directed to HelpDesk. Please make sure you include your DSI number and the name of the shell and area in the shell you are having difficulty. If faculty are reporting an issue, please include the Term the shell is located in and if it is a course shell or an inventory shell. 6. My MATH course is not showing in devryu.net. The following campus based Math course will NOT have a course shell associated with them: 7. The HUB The HUB is not supported by the DeVry HelpDesk. Issues with the Hub can be directed to campusonline@devry.edu. Online Faculty should direct the issue to their faculty manager and students may also contact the Online Student Services. 8. Respondus/ Study Mate Faculty having issues with Respondus should see the following shell for information/documentation on installation, licensing, etc. ONSITE FACULTY -- Offline Exam Building Using Respondus to Create and Edit Exams If you do not have access to this shell, please contact your local DepChamp. Please make sure you have the correct information typed in the fields for the License Key. Not having the exact information as stated in the documentation will cause the key to not be accepted.
