4. Where can I find the software needed to run with Citrix?

To install the Citrix Client, please click here for directions or the download can also be found on the Citrix Log-in page.

5. I can log into Citrix but cannot open any of the applications.

Every Citrix user must have the Citrix Client installed on their PC. If no client is installed, you will not be able to use any of the listed applications in the Citrix environment. Please see question #4 above to obtain the software needed to run Citrix.

6. How do I know if I have the Citrix Client installed?

To locate the client, an icon  will appear near the clock on the lower right hand side of the screen once you log-in and try to launch an application.

7. I receive an error message when trying to open applications in Citrix.

If you do not have the Citrix Client software or an outdated version of the client, you will receive a window prompt (similar to the "windows" image below) or Citrix "ICA File Not Found" Error

Since no client is installed, the application is unknown and can not open.

Clicking OK to use the Web Service will generate this page… Installing the client will no longer cause this problem.

To install the client, please click here for directions (client download can also be found on the Citrix Log-in page).
